KING’S Lynn’s title charge floundered in the North East after they were held to a goalless draw at second-bottom Blyth Spartans.
It was a welcome clean sheet for a battling Spartans with King’s Lynn third-top just two points off the summit with three and four games in hand.
Blyth started well with on loan midfielder Will McGowan finding Cedric Main, whose failed to pick out Isaac Walker.
