BUXTON achieved a first double of the season to go five games unbeaten.
It took the Bucks till the 78th minute to net the only goal. Sub Tommy Elliott found Diego De Girolamo on the right and he cut inside to shoot hard, low and diagonally inside a post. The goal eased the blushes of home debutant Jordan Barnett, who had missed his team’s best chance in the first half.
Brad Jackson’s brilliant cross to the far post set up a close-range header, but the debutant missed the target.
