CHESTER’S recent impressive form continued, thanks to a thrilling win against a resilient Banbury United.
Chester dominated and went in at the break leading by 3-0, however a dodgy spell at the beginning of the second half let the visitors close to 3-2, before a Kurt Willoughby screamer settled it. The home side got off to a dream start when Rhys Hughes converted from close range after good work by Adam Thomas.
Thomas doubled his side’s credit account when he powered a header home after 26 minutes after good work by Willoughby....
