CHORLEY manager Andy Preece hailed the Magpies’ character as they earned a point against Scunthorpe United.
This ultimately feisty encounter ended all square, but perhaps the visitors were happier with a point after being forced to play the last twenty minutes – plus nine added – following the controversial dismissal of Will Evans.
