ANDY PEAKS’ second-placed Tamworth got back to winning ways with a solid performance against Jim Bentley’s Southport.
They went ahead with just six minutes on the clock after Nathan Tshikuna stroked home the opener with an 18-yard free-kick that beat the Sandgrounders’ wall and keeper Chris Renshaw.
Tamworth could have doubled their lead sooner but had to wait until 26 minutes when Ben Acquaye’s ball into the area was attacked by Jordan Cullinane-Liburd but the final touch to take it past Renshaw came off at least on...
