Lethal Nash smash hapless Marketmen

CURZON ASHTON gave Needham Market a tough lesson as the Marketmen start their first season in Step 2.
It was the visitors who started better, but they found Nash’s defence unaccommodating and, behind them, Bobby Jones was a picture of calm dominance.
In the first minute, Adam Mills found space on the left, but his shot was palmed away by Jones. Tevan Allen and Ben Hunter also had first-half chances, Jones denying the former and Hunter lashing the ball over.
