DANNY WHITEHALL came to the rescue as Scunthorpe won in the North West after coming from behind against Marine.
Scunthorpe striker, Mark Beck nearly gifted Marine an own goal in the opening minute. Luckily keeper, Ross Fitzsimmons was in the right place to save his team-mate.
Marine got the deserved opener after 17 minutes. Harvey
Gregson headed the ball from the touchline and after some pinball defending, midfielder Leigh Whelan drove low past the keeper from outside the area.
