LEAMINGTON’S woeful run now stands at ten games without a win as they sank to the bottom of the table following another narrow defeat to Marine.
Adam Anson’s tenth-minute glancing header from Fin Sinclair-Smith’s cross was enough to win this game, with Brakes barely able to create half-chances, as their meagre tally of three goals in the last ten games shows.
Once the visitors were ahead it was sadly a similar story. Tim Berridge’s header just wide from a corner was the closest they came to threatening the Marine goal...
