AN Adam Marriott goal midway through the second half was enough to see King’s Lynn Town to victory at Oxford City.
City’s best spell of the match came in the opening couple of minutes, Ewan Clark’s effort was parried before Jacob Roddy’s follow-up was also saved.
The visitors took control of the game after this and nullified the Hoops’ threat, however without really creating too much threat.
