SOUTH Shields slipped up in the title race as Kidderminster Harriers ended the Mariners nine-game unbeaten home record in the league this season.
Goals late in each half from David Davis and sub Kam Kandola boosted Harriers own promotion push, Shields’ goal seven minutes into stoppage time too little, too late.
Both sides had early openings, returning talisman Ashley Hemmings and Davis both off target for Harriers with Paul Blackett almost in at the other end.
