MERTHYR TOWN were in seventh heaven after hammering Bedford Town.
The best it got for Bedford was in the fourth minute, when Tyrone Marsh fed Callum Ebanks to score. Barely 90 seconds later, Merthyr equalised when Jordon Garrick fired home from Noah Smerdon’s cross.
The Martyrs took the lead on 29 minutes, when Garrick missed a cross from Lewys Twamley, but Cawley Cox was behind him to hit home, unmarked.
