IT WAS stalemate at St James Park as an organised Hebburn Town side returned to the North-East with a point.
Neither team could break the deadlock in the first half, but not for the want of trying, first Kian Foreman found Hebburn’s front man Jake Charles, who side-footed a deft touch onto the crossbar.
Five minutes later it was the Saints who went close with Matt Lowe, on his 400th appearance, heading past the post from a Fin Roberts cross.
The game came to life just after the hour when Charles found himself in front of goal...
