Two goals for man of the match Tom Peers and strikes from Harrison Burke and Kurt Willoughby earned Chester the points and with a little more incision the scoreline could easily have been greater.
Chester opened their account after 14 minutes.
Peers rifling home a spot-kick made it 1-0 after Dan Mooney had been unceremoniously felled in the area by the Rushall Olympic shot-stopper Paul White.
The league leaders doubled their advantage after 66 minutes.
