Jake Robinson has returned to Billericay Town after a three-month spell at Maidstone United.
The prolific striker left the National League South promotion hopefuls as part of a cost-cutting exercise in December.
The 32-year-old enjoyed a record-breaking campaign last season as he fired an outstanding 57 goals to help the Essex side to the Bostik Premier title.
Robinson continued in a similar vein this season scoring 13 league goals before leaving.
Robinson played in the Football League for the likes of Shrewsbury Town, Torquay United and Luton Town and enjoyed a prolific campaign during the 2014-15 season with Whitehawk.
Since the return of manager Harry Wheeler, Billericay have reestablished themselves in the promotion race.
