CHELMSFORD sealed third place and will take on Dartford in the play-offs.
Stefan Brown had the hosts’ best chance in the first half when his mazy run broke through the Clarets’ defence but his shot was tame and collected easily by the visitors’ goalkeeper Ross Fitzsimons.
