CHELMSFORD’S trip to Chippenham ended with a twist in the tale, as the Clarets were beaten by a last minute winner moments after getting back on level terms.
Town took the lead on 27 minutes, thanks in part to a mistake by visiting keeper Samuel Beasant, who grasped the air when coming to catch a long throw-in, with the ball falling to David Pratt who opened the scoring.
Beasant then had no chance when Scott Twine rifled the ball home on 42 minutes to double the home team’s tally.
