HEMEL got off to the perfect start, but Chippenham also contributed to what was a fantastic advertisement for non-league football at Vauxhall Road.
Hemel took the lead after five minutes when Steve Cawley set up his strike partner Karl Oliyide on the edge of the box and he made no mistake driving the ball home first time.
Jordan Parkes crashed a free-kick against the post for Hemel then Chippenham’s Nat Jarvis fired wide clear moments later.
