IN A DISAPPOINTING showing, there really wasn’t much to show in Weston’s defeat.
A volley from Lloyd Dawes at the back post was blocked by George Nurse while Gethyn Hill poked wide from Ben Swallow’s outside-of-theboot cross.
Dawes saw a chance go begging after Jason Pope failed to clear, but thankfully for the Seagulls, Luke Purnell pushed aside.
Nurse came close after Hill’s shot was blocked by Harry Ransom and the ball fell kindly for the Bristol City loanee.
