EAST Thurrock produced an energetic and hard-working performance to deservedly take the honours in this relegation battle at Rookery Hill.
A goal in each half gave them victory, although Gloucester will feel they didn’t get the rub of the green from referee Matt Russell’s decisions.
However, the Rocks will feel they deserved the dice to roll in their favour after a number of instances when they have fallen foul of the footballing gods this season.
