Concord play-off mission takes off

A CLINICAL secondhalf performance saw Concord take the spoils, keeping their play-off hopes alive.
The visitors adapted to windy conditions better in the opening exchanges and a trip on the edge of the Hampton area awarded them a penalty that was calmly dispatched by Jack Midson.
The Beach Boys nearly doubled their lead moments later when Alex Wall took a pass and sent an audacious chip goalbound, only for the fingertips of Tom Lovelock to deny him.
