GLOUCESTER lost a first-half lead but hung on to claim a valuable point in their relegation battle.
Playing with a strong wind at their backs, the Tigers started well, with Fabien Robert testing Laurie Walker in the Hemel Hempstead goal after just three minutes, before Zack Kotwica was put clean through, only to see Walker save smartly with his legs.
The visitors came back well, with Kieron Monlouis forcing a flying save out of William Henry, who also did well to deny Arel Qamu.
