OXFORD City were left humbled on the opening day of season by a Concord Rangers side who scored three unanswered goals.
Beachboys boss Danny Scopes, who played for the club and managed Concord to promotion from the Ryman League alongside now Lincoln City boss Danny Cowley, got his second spell off to a great start.
It was the hosts who started out the best at Marsh Lane as Jack Self was able to feed Danny Rowe down the right, whose effort was met by a brilliant last-ditch tackle.
