DULWICH notched their biggest ever win in the National League South with a six-goal thumping of Braintree. It was also Hamlet’s first home League victory since 10 August.
Yet it was Braintree who nearly opened the scoring, a third minute header from Jordan Chiedozie striking the top of the crossbar.
Hamlet went ahead in the sixth minute when Lionel Ainsworth’s cross was headed home by Quade Taylor. Josh Oyinsan glanced a header wide for Braintree, but Hamlet were relentless.
