Allen swoops late for Wings

BEN ALLEN’S late goal rescued a point for Welling United against fellow strugglers Bath City.
Both teams were desperate for the points but cancelled each other out in a game of few clear cut chances.
David Sims-Burgess headed over for Bath from Ryan Jones’ corner before Allen hit wide from a first time effort at the other end.
Another dangerous delivery, this time from Elliott Frear, brought about the opener when Cody Cooke rose ahead of goalkeeper Jack Sims to head home.
