Poppies bid is burst by Coasters

IT was the perfect start to the campaign for AFC Fylde after goals from Connor Barrett and Nick Haughton secured victory on the opening day despite Jordan Graham putting Kettering in front.
Kettering were pressing early on for a goal and Andrew Oluwabori had an early sighter at goal with a tame effort from the edge of the area, but there wasn’t much in terms of chances for either side other than Emeka Obi heading over from a Nick Haughton corner.
