A SOLITARY strike from Devarn Green gave the Bucks victory over a Chorley side who had Jack Sampson dismissed for two bookable offences.
In a game of few chances, Green capitalised on a slip from Magpies skipper Scott Leather in the 45 th minute to compose himself and lash a rising left-footer inside Matt Urwin’s near post.
Sam McLintock, one of five Bucks debutants, caught the eye in midfield for the home side, who were missing Harry Flowers through suspension and had also had Jason Oswell missing.
