PIERRE FONKEU netted a brace for the second consecutive game, as Dartford condemned newly promoted Cheshunt to a narrow defeat at Bericote Powerhouse Princes Park.
Fonkeu, the Belgian-born Cameroonian striker who was once a youth trainee at Norwich City, had scored twice in the Darts’ opening-day victory at Bath City’s Twerton Park.
The Ambers started the afternoon brightly in the excessive heat, but they couldn’t capitalise on their quick attacking play, despite Giuseppe Re testing the goalkeeper Dan Wilks in the early stage...
