A TALE of two penalties meant Hampton & Richmond and Welling shared the spoils.
Tommy Block’s fourth penalty this term cancelled out Taylor Maloney’s first-half spot kick for the visitors in a game both sides will feel they could have won.
The first half saw Hampton boss possession but Welling were more dangerous on the break.
