CHELMSFORD CITY bounced back from their midweek defeat at Tonbridge to thrash Eastbourne Borough.
City flew into a two-goal lead within ten minutes.
Firstly, Charlie Ruff broke through the midfield and the ball fell for Harry Lodovica to slip it past former Claret Lee Worgan.
Ruff turned scorer two minutes later as he buried Simeon Jackson’s cutback. City took their foot of the gas and Alex Wynter could have got one back but he headed against the post.
