Iron close to ending Town’s run

TAUNTON TOWN extended their unbeaten home record in League games to 27 but the visitors will probably be happier with the point although they came close to snatching all three at the end.
The first half saw the Peacocks have the majority of possession but fail to test Iron keeper Jack Sims.
Lee Lucas curled a shot just wide but apart from that there was little to warm the notebook.
The second half was little better as refereeing decisions continued to frustrate both sides.
