SLOUGH TOWN extended their unbeaten run to six league matches but had to settle for a second consecutive draw.
On 10 minutes, the visitors took the league after a bright start. A fine strike outside the box by David Boateng left Will Dennis rooted to the spot.
The Rebels pressed for a leveller; Matt Lench delivered a corner that saw Matt Hall’s goalbound volley deflected safely into Stuart Nelson’s arms. Soon after, the hosts ought to have levelled after a slick counter-attack.
