Bluebirds draw closer to safety

CHIPPENHAM TOWN extended their unbeaten run to 14 matches as they took another step towards safety, while St Albans, who finished with ten men, picked up a useful point in their quest for a play-off spot.
The Saints were the first to show as Zane Banton shot wide while his fellow striker Mitchell Weiss fired over. Home keeper Will Henry then did well to beat out a shot from Kyran Wiltshire.
Luke Russe and Tom Mehew then had shots charged down while on the half hour Ed Williams fired over a freekick for the hosts.
