THREE goals inside the first 30 minutes for Chelmsford City saw them defeat Weston-super-Mare by a comfortable scoreline of 3-0.
Goalkeeper Harry Lee was forced into the game’s first stop when he reacted sharply to push away a Jermaine Francis effort at the back post, before Reuben Reid dragged a shot across goal at the other end.
The opening goal was to arrive through the head of Mo Bettamer, who arrived unmarked at the back post to power home a cross from the left-hand side and break the deadlock at the Optima Stadium.
