Manager Mark Cooper was again full of praise for his back line on which the victory was built.
“It was a good game and a tactical battle where we were patient at the back against a well-organised team with some decent players,” he said.
“We defended well and were in control for a lot of what was a local derby where midfield was a battle” he added.
