A MALACHI LINTON second-half double sealed a victory for Weymouth at Aveley. Early on Brandon Goodship forced Jonathan North into a smart save low to his left hand side, and then up the other end Kenny Aileru had a shot saved.
Ezio Touray looked to have put the visitors ahead with a chip over the on-rushing Jonathan North but his effort was a touch wide of the Aveley right hand post.
Ikechi Eze had a chance with the last touch of the first half but a fine low save from Harvey Wiles-Richard kept the scores level into the break.
