EASTBOURNE BOROUGH gave their survival chances a boost after wrapping up back-to-back home wins for the first time this season.
Harrison Foulkes made a good save to deny Joe Re early on, but it was the Sports who scored before the half-hour.
The impressive Decarrey Sheriff raced on to a ball from Jack Clarke down the left, and he fired the ball across to Yahaya Bamba, who after signing on Friday got in front of his marker to fire into the net.
