AVELEY 2 ST ALBANS CITY 1 AVELEY secured a comeback victory over their play-off rivals in a crucial match with five games to go. The visitors controlled the early stages and Shaun Jeffers carved open a few chances for St Albans, but couldn’t make the breakthrough, with Jake Burger being denied by Aveley’s keeper Jonathan North.
