CHELMSFORD City frustrated Truro’s title hopes with a stubborn second half performance after the Clarets’ Arthur Penney was sent off early in the second half.
The first half was Chelmsford’s though and the young City side could have taken the lead in the first five minutes but Dan Lavercombe denied Jacob Bland a first goal for the club.
