A FIRST HALF of bloated stodge resembling two bald men fighting over a comb that’s fallen out of their cracker, greeted 1,313 distinctly underwhelmed spectators at Cherrywood Road.
Little positive could be said about the first half as both teams failed to achieve anything of note on the park. Hampton did manage to string enough passes together at one point to find the back of the net, but from a blatantly offside position that was immediately called back.
