UNTIL Ebbsfleet’s five-minute purple patch in the second-half, neither side looked like scoring one goal, never mind the three that the hosts eventually plundered to bounce back from defeat at Maidstone.
Josh Coley felt he should have had a penalty when the ball came off Remy Clerima’s arm but Maidenhead who made the first inroads. Fleet keeper Matt Hall parried Matt Robinson’s effort and another from Josh Umerah on the break before touching over Jayden Mitchell-Lawson’s fizzing 25-yard shot.
