DAGENHAM & Redbridge continued their drive towards the play-off places despite a huge scare against ten-man bottom side Chippenham Town.
The Bluebirds could have taken the lead as early as the sixth minute. Striker Anointed Chukwu put his effort across Sam Howes’ goal but just wide of the far post.
But Chippenham didn’t have to wait long to go in-front. After some neat build-up play, Harry Parsons found himself free on the edge of the box and he rocketed his effort clinically into the roof of the net.
