SALISBURY beat Dover Athletic to win back-to-back home games and go 11 points clear of the relegation zone.
The first real chance of the half fell to the visitors as Salisbury No 1 Will Buse denied them, with a goal-line clearance by the skipper Josh Sommerton.
The first goal of the game went to the Whites just before the half-hour mark after Sommerton slid Tommy Willard through on goal in acres of space, tucking the ball into the bottom-left hand corner under little pressure.
