Popoola denies the Clarets right at end

CHELMSFORD City and Maidenhead shared the points in a scrappy encounter in Essex as the chase for the play-off spots goes down the wire.
In a lacklustre first half City only had a couple of Kane Crichlow blocked shots to show for their efforts. Maidenhead had the better of the end of the first period and Noah Phillips made the first of a number of smart saves as he denied Josh Umerah.
The second half was also mostly a cagey affair but a couple of substitutions by Clarets interim boss Ricky Holmes paid off.
