A SAM AVERY header just before the break helped Weston-super-Mare to a win over recently relegated Enfield Town.
Louis Britton went close inside the opening 60 seconds, a shot from six yards straight at Joe Wright after controlling a cut-back from the byline on his left foot. Luke Spokes then had a volley blocked inside the area when attacking a Tommy Backwell delivery, before Weston’s No 19 fired an attempt into Wright’s gloves from 18 yards.
