SALISBURY may have lost but other results mean they are all but safe.
After six minutes Salisbury started to get into the game and Tommy Willard hit the crossbar for the visitors.
Tonbridge opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a superb header from Jordon Thompson. Salisbury immediately started to look for an equaliser and Josh Hedges had two good attempts which narrowly missed the target.
