Sheriff pulls rank to seal real thriller

DECARREY SHERIFF starred and scored twice as Dover Athletic thwarted an astonishing second-half comeback by Slough Town in an eight-goal thriller at the Megger Community Stadium.
The hosts took the lead when debutant Sonny Fish’s looping flick from a corner bounced in off the upright, before Sheriff doubled Dover’s advantage three minutes later, heading home a deflected effort.
