■MARCUS Law was rightly proud of his Kettering side who put in a slick and professional performance.
It was the visitors who had the first effort within 20 seconds – Jamie Cureton volleying just over the bar from 25 yards.
But Kettering found their rhythm quickly and an early miss from top scorer Aaron O’Connor was quickly forgotten on 18 minutes when Matthew Stevens stroked home.
