WEYMOUTH came out on top in a tense encounter.
Frome missed a couple of chances and Weymouth took both of theirs, and that proved to be the difference as second placed Weymouth ran out winners, while Frome remain deeply in trouble at the foot.
Frome missed a golden opportunity as new signing Troy Simpson did well on the left to square to Brad Norris who somehow managed to put the ball wide of a gaping goal.
