DAN WALKER’S injury-time winner secured all three points for Bedford Town who were good value as they saw off Berkhamsted.
The visitors started the brighter and went close through Callum Donnelly and the lively Oluwole Akinsanya.
However it was Berkhamsted who took the lead in first-half injury time when Matt Bateman’s fine header found Jonathan Lacey in space to run on to goal and strike a neat goal past Bedford keeper Ashlee Jones.
Bedford equalised on 62 minutes when James Peters headed home a free-kick.
