DIAMONDS grabbed a second win of the season with goals from new season signings Lorrell Smith and Luke Fairlamb.
After a first defeat at Bromsgrove Sporting the previous week the home side came out fighting and dominated the early stages.
Tom Lorraine saw an early effort cleared off the line before the dangerous Chris Wreh hit the crossbar and saw Jesse Akubuine felled in the area for a penalty in the 16th minute as the rebound was re-cycled.
